Swastika is an ancient symbol, used for thousands of years as a "good-luck" symbol, proven by its presence in potteries, coins and other Artefacts", around 1000 BC.

The SWASTIKA had and still has many different names to it: In China they call it "wan", - the English "fylfot", in Greece it is called "tetraskelion & gammadion" and in India "swastika" an name widely known for its use by the Nazis in Germany, who call it "Hackenkreuz" after its design.

The word "swastika" comes from the Sansjkriut svastika- "su" meaning good." "asti" meaning "to be." and "ka" as a suffix.
